Spring Sing, 1941-1967
Spring Sing was a competition held each Spring sponsored by Tower Cross, the senior honor society. Participants included fraternities, sororities, and dormitory groups, who would prepare a song for competition. The performances were judged by an outside judge, and a winner selected. Spring Sing was held most often outside Miner Hall, in late April or early May.
Spring Sing became part of the larger Ivy Week festivities, a week-long series of activities held before final exams.
