Amos Emerson Dolbear Scholarships, 1947
The Amos Emerson Dolbear Scholarships were established in 1947 by the bequest of Katherine E. Dolbear of the Class of 1897 in memory of her father. Amos Dolbear was an eminent scientist and inventor, and was professor of physics at Tufts from 1847 to 1910.The scholarships are awarded each year to two seniors who have shown promise in the field of either electrical engineering or physics. | |
