The times have changed, or rather, we've changed time. We're not Einsteins, but we know time is relative. They used to say, There're only twenty-four hours a day, And a man can do only so much in a day and no more, And you only live once.
We've changed all that. With us it's only a matter of how much more Than a man can possibly do in one day we can do.
The forty-eight-hour day is a thing of the past, And we're elasticizing time three-dimensionally. We had to come to it. The student council saw that.
It's all a matter of the engagement-book. In fact, That's what the student council Committee on Time Is working on now, if they can find the time: An entering class shall consist of four hundred Engagement books. Each book shall have students Attached to it, four, maybe as many as seven, To properly fulfill the day's full engagements. One student goes to classes per book, the other six To meetings, class meetings, dorm, club, fraternity, Rehearsal, team practice. Each book is represented On the student council, which plans three-volume Engagement books for next year, and after that.
