The lover grows older
The lover grows older
Once it was, "Now - love now - Know glory while we may!" It was kiss and laugh, and then - begone, And love was but a day. Now it's, "This is sweet, but will it last?" While love is getting cold. It's "Am I sure?" and, "Is this right?" The lover has grown old. | |
