Walking on the beach
Walking on the beach
The fog rolls all about, a soft gray floating cloak, Come from the sea, all damp and still, To wreathe the beach in billowy clouds like smoke. On one side is the dim low silvery line Of plunging wave upon the sand, And on the other, faint, the curving dunes Where crawling beach grass and the scraggly pine Make odd unworldly shapes. | |
