In the days when the eternal hills go down
In the days when the eternal hills go down
In the days when the eternal hills go down, That are rooted in the deep earth And have outworn centuries, then shall I not pass. When a strange race finds it's living On the bread plains of this land, and the way Of a mighty nation is forgotten to the world, Still shall I move among you. When the great city, whose foundations rest on Time, Shall be as dust, and a word in men's mouths, Then shall I still live in the hearts of men. I am Beauty. | |
