98 | which has one missionary, who devotes his entire time to the visitation of the different wards. He has been now thus employed for the last 7 years. His appointment has been the means of great good, and he has a most im- portant field of labour. He appears also to work harmoniously with the chaplains and other authorities. His support is derived from the pensioners themselves, and from the contri- butions of children. |
