We consider where they could move, what their experiences are--that sort of thing. Then we match up opportunities around the organization with lists of our best qualified people. We make mistakes, but in general the system works. | |
That doesn't mean that your unique talents will be immediately recognized and applauded by everyone on a voice vote. But it does mean that over some reasonable time frame, if you're really good, we'll discover it. Our demand for talent is so insatiable, you won't find any place to hide. | |
