Making It at Citibank
To put it bluntly, what does it take to make it at Citibank?
What we're looking for in everybody that comes to Citibank is a basically high IQ, a sense of integrity, which is essential, and the ability to continue to be an entrepreneur when the bureaucracy does everything it can to stamp out enterprise.
Citibank is a very open society. Any good idea will eventually get adopted. But it's a very hard jury. So, the first time you surface something, you may not be overwhelmed with the reception. You need a certain tenacity around our store to keep arguing for your point. But if your arguments are good, it will happen. So you need tenacity, IQ and integrity, entrepreneurial skills and energy.
