FREDERICK L. JACK, M. D.
FREDERICK LAFAYETTE JACK was born in Boston, Massachusetts, January 3, 1861. He was educated at the Boston schools, graduating from the Latin School and taking special courses in Chemistry and the Languages. He received the degree of M. D. from the Harvard Medical School in 1883, and was then appointed Assistant in the aural department of the Massachusetts Charitable Eye and Ear Infirmary. | |
