Each pair of students will create a presentation on a grammar issue or other writing topic. These presentations will take place during Zoom classes on various weeks across the semester. Presentations should be roughly 10-15 minutes each and should aim to teach the class about the writing technique in question. Presenters may choose between a variety of formats:

- A powerpoint presentation, with presenters taking it in turns to speak

- A pre-made video which can be played to the class

- A class activity with a digital handout which can be distributed to everyone

Or a combination of these. Effective explanations of the topic will include examples of correct and incorrect writing. Presenters may draw from the resources available on our Canvas page (under the Resources on Grammar and Writing Technique module) or research the topic elsewhere. All examples and explanations, however, must be in the presenters' own words. Quotations from websites or writing guides, if used, should be used sparingly and always cited. Grammar guides can be very uninspiring to read; the purpose of this assignment is to make the material easier to absorb, so try to make your presentation fun and memorable (you can use humour, visuals, or any other technique you can think of to achieve this).

Once you have given your presentation, please upload any materials used (powerpoint/video files, scripts or handouts) to this assignment page.
