This project explores whether fusion of a protein to a mutant form of LC3, a critical autophagy protein, can target the protein for MHC Class I presentation. Future investigation will involve generation of the mutant LC3 fused to ovalbumin, a model antigen, and measurement of resulting MHC Class I presentation.
