Delegates from both countries met with Pierre Buyoya in Bishoftu, Ethiopia, to discuss post-referendum security arrangements and they discussed four topics: the definition of the security zone, United Nations Mission in Sudan, forces in South Kordofan and Blue Nile, and Southerners in the Sudanese Army.
