This study examines the impact of the Center on the experiences of students in the classes of 1973-2019 through a community cultural wealth lens, provided by Tara Yosso. As the analysis of current literature shows, there is a lack of information on Black Cultural Centers (BCC) at Predominately White Institutions, thus a lack of support for the centers within the institutions they support. This study shows that TAC has had a real impact on various groups of students within the diaspora, via programming and support. However, more studies of this nature are needed to support this vital space if they are expected to continue and grow.read less
