Testimony of Mattie Mack, a tobacco farmer, before the United States Committee on Finance. Testifies that she has raised her children on tobacco money and believes that a tobacco tax is unfair because it disproportionately affects a specific segment of the population. Points out that she supports health care reform, but simply does not believe that it is fair to make tobacco farmers pay for it.
