Nightmare is a personal library of symbols I have collected from my nightmares that stem from trauma and emotional distress. As I have collected my nightmares over the years, I could start to see a connection from my nightmares to deep rooted fears, some that stem from forms of trauma. I have also started to see the strong connection dreams have with our emotions. It can be hard to discern what dreams mean when they seem randomized, but through introspection I could find links between my trauma and what happened in my nightmares.
