A Relative Reactivity Study of Di- and Trideoxy-Sugar Donors in Beta-Selective Glycosylation Reactions

Hammer, Prairie

2020

Description
  • This thesis describes the first ever quantification of reactivity values of di- and trideoxy-sugar donors in glycosylation reactions. In measuring these values, new reactivity trends emerged, which will pave the way for designing better glycosylations in the future. Advisor: Dr. Clay S. Bennett.
