Crowds of men can be seen standing on the sidewalks and in the street. Horse-drawn wagons, carriages, and omnibuses are shown attempting to make their way through the congested street. Two large, ornate street lamps are located on the west side of the street, just north of the furniture store at 259 Washington Street.
