Andrews [William Turrell] moved into this house in 1833 and lived there until 1851 when he went to Ashburton Place. The inside of the the house was torn out before grandfather moved in and remodeled inside. Dr. Blagdon moved into this house when grandfather Andrews moved out. 6. This house is 9. Nathan Hale (Father of Edward Everett Hale) lived in this house for many years. Dr. Blagdon lived in this house many years and then moved into next house. Aunt Mary Swett lived there one year ans George was born there. 5. Dr. Coffin lived in this house when mother was a little girl. He was the father of Nathaniel Hall. Hon. Rufus Choate lived in this house. Family by name of Marston. Family by name of Rogers. 4. Salisbury house. Church spire showing over no. 3 is Dr. Frothingham's church in Chauncy Place.
