The Office of Undergraduate Education provides educational programs, academic support, and opportunities for research and post-graduate fellowships for graduate students and undergraduates in the schools of Arts and Sciences and Engineering. This office oversees undergraduate academic policy, degree requirements and the senior degree certificate, academic support and pre-major advising, and orientation events for the various schools within Tufts. As of 2014, the office was renamed the Office of Academic Advising and Undergraduate Studies after the merge of the offices of the Associate Deans of Undergraduate Education, the Academic Resource Center, and the professional advising staff. As of March 2020, the office was renamed from the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Education to the Office of Undergraduate Education.
