Collection History

Processing Notes

Processing completed by Leah Edelman and Stefana Breitweiser in 2017. Materials were placed in archival boxes and loose materials were placed in folders. Received order was maintained. Publications held in other collections at DCA (including the Tufts Weekly, the Tuftonian, Tufts Bulletins, and a Tufts yearbook) were removed to those collections. A box-level inventory, series-level description, and finding aid were created at the time of processing.

Acquisition

Gift of Historic Northampton, 2016, accession UA-2017-021.

Custodial History

In 2003, Pollard left her house and the family papers within to Historic Northampton. In 2015, Historic Northampton contacted DCA with an offer to donate Pollard's Tufts-related papers. Dan Santamaria, Director, received the papers on 2016-08-18.
