Pedagogies of Change: Student-Centered Education for Prosocial Development in Kenya

Using Kenya as a case study, this paper explores the potential of student-centered pedagogy to promote prosocial citizenship and development, examines how student-centered pedagogy is negotiated as a process in one Kenyan school, and considers the possibilities for expanding this pedagogy more widely across the education system.
