It is most likely a copy of the original incorporation certificate passed in the House of Representatives on April 15, 1852 and in the Senate on April 21, 1852; the signatures are represented, but the certificate is not signed; no seals; also included are 'An Act in Addition...' passed May 17, May 19, and May 20, 1852.
