Two letters from Opportunities Industrialization Centers of America (OIC). Written to Warren Jackson from Maurice Dawkins agreeing to be a sponsor with the Policy Economic Group for a report on tobacco taxes, the other written to Senator Packwood expressing opposition to his tax reform bill on the basis that it discriminates against poor and low income families.
