Testimony of Mattie Mack, a tobacco farmer from Kentucky. Testifies that the proposed tax on cigarettes would affect the livelihood of her, her family and all the other tobacco farmers like her. States that she works hard and her life is built on tobacco and that tobacco farmers should not have to bear the burden of a tax for health care reform that would benefit the entire nation.
