Letter from Siddig Mohamed Korak, for the Northern Merchants in South Sudan Chamber to H.E. Sir Derek Plembly


This is a complaint by Northern merchants living in the south. They claim that the SPLM had confiscated their property, as well as the property of merchants from other nationalities, and their appeals to authorities went on deaf ears.
