Sustainable Diets.

Agriculture and food production have major implications for the environment, for example causing 30% of anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions and 70% of fresh water use globally. This session takes a food systems perspective and examine the role that 'sustainable diets' could play in benefitting human health and planetary health.
